Manufacturer offers complimentary service, parts and labor for one year from the date of purchase. Customer shall be responsible for shipping to company service center in Taiwan for repair. In most cases products are shipped from within the USA for greatest efficiency. In certain instances, due to popularity of an item or sudden lack of inventory, we reserve the right to ship from our production center in Taiwan. This is safe, reliable and relatively fast shipping, with most parcels arriving within 10 days maximum. |
